Leads the firm and guides the development of our benchmarking programs and consulting services. With over 30 years of industry expertise Ken also is responsible for our Regulatory support work with clients. Ken holds MBA (UCLA) and a BSIE (Lehigh University) degrees.

Is our program director for the Transmission & Distribution benchmarking program. She has over 30 years of experience supporting and leading benchmarking programs. Debi also manages our infrastructure for benchmarking and reporting in support of clients. Debi holds a BS (California State University) degree.

Rob oversees Performance Management and Improvement initiatives for our clients and serves as the Program Director for the Customer Service Benchmarking Program. With over three decades of industry experience, he specializes in strategy execution, process optimization, and driving organizational change. Rob studied at SUNY Potsdam.

Gene is a seasoned consultant with over 30 years of experience driving improvements in customer service, operations, and performance. As a former Program Director for the Customer Service Benchmarking program, Gene brings deep expertise in process consulting and customer experience optimization. Gene excels at helping organizations achieve operational excellence.
