Debi Cook
T&D Benchmarking Program Director
Debi serves as Program Director for First Quartile’s Transmission & Distribution Benchmarking Program, bringing more than 30 years of experience supporting and leading benchmarking initiatives. She also oversees the infrastructure and reporting systems that support our benchmarking programs and deliver valuable insights to clients. Debi holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
Rob Earle
Customer Service Benchmarking Program Director
Rob oversees Performance Management and Improvement initiatives for our clients and serves as the Program Director for the Customer Service Benchmarking Program. With over three decades of industry experience, he specializes in strategy execution, process optimization, and driving organizational change. Rob studied at SUNY Potsdam.
SallyRose Estrella
Data Validation & Analysis Lead
SallyRose leads the data validation and analysis team for the benchmarking programs. She serves as the primary contact for clients’ day-to-day questions regarding program resources and data integrity. SallyRose has over 20 years of experience contracting with utilities and supporting benchmarking programs. She is a licensed PE and holds a BSc, MS, MBA, and PhD.
Spencer Schuh
Data Analytics & Automation
Spencer leads our data analytics efforts and Python automation. He supports the benchmarking programs through data visualization, statistical analysis, and operations coordination. Spencer improves data processes through automation while also providing data entry training. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA with concentrations in data analytics.
